1. NO cancellation of item.
2. All payments will have to be made within 3 days of email confirmation of order or the order will be automatically cancelled. Payment has to be cleared before the item(s) will be sent.

4. Refunds are NOT allowed. Exchanges can only be made if the item(s) has/ have not been worn, damaged or altered in any way. Only within 1 week of collection. The posting of the new item(s) will be after the original item(s) are returned to fashionstar. An exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
*please note that for an exchange to another/other item(s) of a lower value than the previous one(s), the difference will not be refunded.
